Great spot for taking strolls

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with the pool providing a relaxing area to unwind after a day exploring the nearby beach and a great variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach with convenient access to many restaurants. While the room was spacious and clean, it had some issues with a noisy air conditioner and an unresponsive toilet, which detracted from the experience. Despite these challenges, the service was friendly and welcoming, making it a good choice for a stay.

The pool area consistently ran out of clean towels.

Had an awesome time with friends! The beach was just a block away, and we loved the Beach Club with chairs and umbrellas. The entertainment center was a blast too! Fair warning, breakfast isn’t included, and we found out that some channels on the TV didn’t match the guide. But overall, it was a solid trip!

Unfortunately, we did have some noise issues at 5 am disrupting our sleep. The towels weren’t replaced one night, and that was really frustrating.

Unexpected heat in a cozy room

Woke up each morning to a delightful view of the water, and the staff welcomed us like family. The location was spot on for our adventures.

However, the air conditioner struggled throughout our stay, leading to some restless nights despite the amazing atmosphere.

Inquire about the beach chairs and umbrellas that the hotel provides. they really enhance the beach experience! Also, enjoy the pool area for a relaxed afternoon.

The kids loved the kid-friendly beach area where we enjoyed complimentary chairs and umbrellas. The spacious pool was also a hit, featuring vibrant entertainment that kept them engaged. It was a wonderful spot for a family getaway with so much to do.

In my wife’s opinion, having more activities for younger kids would be great.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean with a stunning ocean view that we enjoyed from the balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, especially during breakfast where a wide variety of delicious options was available. One area of improvement would be to enhance the cleanliness of shared facilities, like the pool area.

I had a fantastic stay! The beach was just a short stroll away, and the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging. The staff was extremely welcoming, making me feel right at home, especially Genesis at the front desk who went above and beyond!

The air conditioning system is frustrating. it can only be controlled from the front desk, which necessitated multiple trips for adjustments. Additionally, some basic services were inconsistent, as housekeeping occasionally fell short, leaving rooms inadequately stocked and cleaned. I experienced delays at check-out due to single-staff frustrations, indicating a need for better management during peak times.

Great cleanliness and service, but our towels were missing one day.

I loved the spacious room with an ocean view and the amazing Puerto Rican cuisine at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a delight, but the coffee shop was really a treat! I would definitely stay here again.

Families in need of a decent stay.

The staff,, they really went above and beyond. One evening, after a long day of activities, they helped us out with some last-minute dinner reservations and even offered us some great local recommendations.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but it still worked out for us.
